If we are all being honest, we know the Panthers were struggling in the first quarter. We had
only got one touchdown by #2, Jayden Collins. Also, we made the field goal and with that, we
had 7 points for the first quarter. The Mavericks sadly had 21 points after the first quarter. In the second quarter, we started to up our game. We ended up getting a Touchdown by #5, Jordon Potts, another by #4, JJ Foust, and the third touchdown by #9 Adarius Redmond. All three chances for the extra points were made, rendering us with 28 points at halftime. At this time, the score was Powell High School 28 and Anderson County 35. In the 3rd quarter, we scored two touchdowns, the first by #22, Gianni Magdos while also making the field goal for the extra point. The second touchdown was made in the last few seconds by #3, Jarvis Stockton, tying the score 41 to 41. During the last quarter, you could see the Mavericks slowly tiring out. In the 4th quarter, we pulled ahead making three more touchdowns. #3, Jarvis Stockton, scoring his second and third touchdowns, and making one of the extra point field goals, leaving the score 58 Powell and 41 Anderson County. Each team ended up scoring one more touchdown. Our last touchdown was run by #21 Carson Whitehead. This win for the Powell High School Panthers had a final score of Panthers 60 - Mavericks 48.
