One of my favorite restaurants is Aubrey’s, because they have very good food and many
different options. Aubrey's has 14 locations, all in East Tennessee. They are known for their wide variety of food and good customer service. They have lots of different items on their menu. For example; burgers, salad, pasta, and steak. They were first launched in 1992 in West Knoxville by Randy Burleson, who graduated from the University of Tennessee and still lives in Knoxville. His company (Burleson Brands) now operates 20 restaurants in East Tennessee. After being a part-time dishwasher at a restaurant in college, Randy Burleson created Aubrey’s. He learned that he was very passionate about the restaurant industry. They are committed to serving the highest level of fresh and locally sourced meats, fish, fruit, and vegetables. According to the manager, Aubrey’s most popular items are lemon-lime chicken, cranberry and strawberry salad, and the thunder road burger. Their chicken tenders and house-made chips are really good, and and my personal favorite are their burgers and their steak. Aubrey’s is one of the best restaurants in Knoxville. So the next time you’re looking for a quality meal at a reasonable price, consider going to stop by Aubrey’s.
