Canelo Álvarez is one of the best Mexican boxers. Canelo has been professionally fighting since he was 15 years old. Canelo Alvarez is from Guadalajara Mexico and was born on July 18, 1990. Canelo has won from light middleweight to light heavyweight. He has won many world titles in four different weight classes, including unified and lineal crowns in three of those weight classes. Canelo is not only known for boxing, but is also known for being a generous person. He has helped other fans and also donated to organizations that battle cancer. Canelo helped his family financially as well. Canelo most recently won a contest in which he moved up two weight classes and defeated Sergey Kovalev in November.
