Starting on November 7th, Dollywood began its Christmas light season. It lasts through January 3rd. The only initial cost to go to Dollywood´s Christmas is the cost of parking and the Dollywood tickets. Tickets are roughly $84 for a regular adult one-day ticket and parking is around $20. All of the christmas shows and attractions are free once you are in the park. Dollywood puts up over 5 million lights, does a few firework shows, and several holiday shows. Their biggest annual fireworks show is called Merry & Bright and is a guest favorite. Some of the Christmas shows that you can watch when you are there are the Appalachian Christmas, Candlelight Carolers, Christmas in the Smokies, and many, many more. If you and your family are looking for a fun event this holiday season then Dollywood's Smoky Mountain Christmas is a great option.
