Girls Soccer Roster

If you like keeping up with local soccer teams then this article is for you! Here at Powell, we have a girls and boys soccer team. First, let’s talk about the girl’s soccer team. This season they have been 8-1-1. That means they have 8 wins, 1 tie, and 1 loss. This also includes 5 district wins. Within their district are Karns, Campbell County, Central, Oak Ridge, and West. This coming week they had 1 district game and 2 non-district games. They play Farragut at home on Saturday at 6 pm at Powell Middle School. The games start at 7 pm but sometimes at 6:30 pm and they usually end around 9 pm or 8:30 pm. There is a student section that comes out and supports the Lady Panthers every home game and they cheer the team on until the end. Come out and support the Lady Panthers!
