    There are a lot of unique ideas for Halloween costumes for people on a budget. You can use stuff you already have at your house and make a great costume.

    One common example of a simple costume is a ghost made out of an old bed sheet, with holes cut for eyes. Sure, this might seem “overused” to some, but it’s a classic, affordable option that still deserves recognition.

    You can make a lot of costumes out of old clothes. You can tear them up, and you can make yourself look like a zombie. And you only need to buy face paint if you don't already have it.

    An easy outfit that you can make is themed around the zombie apocalypse. You can use old yard tools as weapons and just any old clothes. You can wear cargo shorts, boots, tank tops, face paint, or a makeshift mask.

    Another costume for Halloween that many people choose to wear is an occupation. Some people choose to be firefighters, cops, or construction workers. If your parents have a job that requires a uniform, you can just wear their clothes.
