━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

December is right around the corner and people all around the world begin celebrating their cultures and traditions. Posadas is a Mexican tradition that they do every December. They have been doing posadas for over 400 years now. They celebrate posadas because they celebrated when Jesus was born. They celebrate from December 16 to December 24, they celebrate for nine days because every day the people from their town go around the town and knock on other people's houses and ask for “posada” as they are walking they are singing with candles. Mostly everyone participates and if they allow you into their homes, you go in for a while and get your posada. It normally consists of warm food, drinks, candy, and a piñata.
