Student Spotlight: Kamryn Dockery

The student Kamryn Dockery at Powell High School is your typical high school student.

She’s in 11th grade and has a very close relationship with her best friend. Her favorite teacher is Mrs. Suttles, the Spanish teacher. She says she’s a great teacher, she makes sure you are learning something every day. Also, she makes class fun and has opened up to Kamryn to make her feel comfortable with sharing personal information.

Kamryn has two sisters, both older than her. She has a tight-knit family that supports her and pushes her to fully live out her personality. She describes her best friend, RaeAnne, as supportive, kind, caring, and loving. She doesn’t attend a church at the moment, but she used to go to Grace Baptist Church before Covid.

Her mom is her inspiration. Her mom is the type that no matter what it is, you can tell her, and she will do the best she can do to make sure you get the problem fixed. A few details about Kamryn I found interesting is that she eats very healthily, her favorite food is salad or chicken, she loves all things girly and pink, and her favorite artist is, TikTok star and aspiring artist, Nessa Barrett.
