Takeoff Passes Away

Pop Culture has suffered a significant loss with the death of Kirshnik Khari Ball, who was known as Takeoff in the rap group Migos. Takeoff was the youngest of the trio, being only twenty-eight years old at the time of his passing on November 1st. His death has not only broken the hearts of those close to him but even those who did not know him personally. This reaction is because of how influential the group was for young adults. Another reason this loss is detrimental is that, after the death of PnB Rock in September, hip-hop fans thought that his passing would be the last one for a long time. Takeoff was the last artist people expected to be taken away at such a young age. While being the youngest of the group, he was also known as the gentle member. He stayed to himself and only raised his voice to create music. A person of this docile nature should never have been taken away at such a young age. He will always be remembered for his part in the Migos uprising. Speaking for many fans, we will continue to honor his work in the new world of hip-hop.
