My nana makes deviled eggs every year for Thanksgiving. We are alike in that we don’t use measurements, we just do what feels right.
Step 1- boil as many eggs as you like
Step 2 peel the eggs
Step 3- cut the eggs in half and remove the cooked yolks
Step 4- mix yolks with mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and a good amount of
celery salt
Step 5- scoop mixture into eggs
Step 6 *optional sprinkle with paprika
Step 7 Chill the eggs in the refrigerator before serving
My nana has been making these for as long as I can remember. She passed the recipe down to my mom who makes them all the time too.
