Ingredients
12 eggs
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons dill pickle juice
salt and pepper.
I got this recipe from my family. It's a recipe we make every year.
Boil 12 eggs for 10 minutes.
Cover the pot, turn off the heat and let sit for another 5 minutes.
Drain the hot water and let eggs sit in a pot of cold water for 10 minutes.
Remove eggs and peel.
Slice eggs in half, remove yolk to a smaller bowl.
Place egg whites on a plate.
Mash yolk, add 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons mustard, 2 teaspoons dill pickle juice, salt, and pepper.
Stir and add a spoon of mixture to each egg white.
Sprinkle tops with paprika for garnish.
