My mom makes this the most, and she is who I got the recipe from.
Things you need:
1 bag of Klondike Rose (red) potatoes
1 stick of butter
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Pepper Seasoning
Dried Chives
Steps
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Wash and slice potatoes.
Place potatoes in a 9”x13” buttered pan.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic pepper seasoning to taste.
Cut sticks of butter into pats and place on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle chives on top of potatoes.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, remove foil, and stir.
Place back in the oven uncovered for 20 min. or until potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
Serve and enjoy.
