New drivers throughout the world are given a tremendous opportunity and responsibility. Suddenly, they’re allowed to go anywhere they want. Yet, some choose to not get their license because they can't handle the stress of driving. Many youth don't mind carpooling with their friends or parents for as long as possible. It’s okay for people to have that mindset, but it shouldn’t get to the point that they never learn. Some people in my family were in their 20’s and still didn't have a license. Unlike them, though, some other people may want to learn. They might see driving as this new, fun experience, and hastily try to get on the road. In one way I can agree with them, but still, that does not give them the excuse to drive dangerously. Some young people don't grasp the severity of their actions. Driving is an opportunity, but with every opportunity comes risk. Be safe and smart out there.
