What Is Culture?

Culture is “the customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements of a particular nation, people, or other social group.” In other words, the way of life for an entire society. It reflects the practices of a particular group and may be related to their ancestry or history. For some, it is a holiday, tradition, or religion. Culture is art, the way you dress, manners, language, and rituals. For example, french culture is known for its amazing food, beautiful locations, and art, also romance. Chinese culture is known for its great influence on philosophy, art, and moral values. Mexican culture has a lot of dancing, bright colors, bullfighting, spicy food, quinceañeras, and parties. There are many diverse cultures. For many, culture is not something they like to represent but for others, it is something they celebrate with a passion. Every culture is beautiful in its way, even if they seem bad, they all have meaning for their people.
