Should Christmas Decorations Go Up Before Or After Thanksgiving?

    Christmas is the most loved and popular holiday to many worldwide. While many think so, or disagree, Christmas lovers have been putting up their decorations earlier and earlier over the past couple of years. Whether it be an ongoing TikTok trend, the love for the holiday spirit, or a hatred for fall and want to get rid of any fake leaf you see in replace of a garland. Though many do love this, many don’t. They’d instead soak in all the fall feels and all its glory… at least until Thanksgiving weekend is over. 

    I asked people around the school, “ Should Christmas decorations go up before Thanksgiving?” The T- Chart had two columns: yes or no. There were 16 tallies for yes and 9 tallies for no.  Mr. Doucette said, “ If Target has Christmas decorations out, then it’s fine.”
