My Family’s Christmas Traditions

   Every year right before Christmas, my family and I throw a Christmas Eve party. It isn’t a regular party it’s a brunch party. This is when we exchange gifts with everyone so they can open them the next day. We always wait to open our gifts on Christmas day, instead of just opening them up and making a big mess. Afterward,  we all take a photo, the party ends around 9-10. 

   We then all wake up on Christmas morning, we call each other and wish each other a Merry Christmas. But before we open presents, we always eat breakfast and wait for the elders to get up. Then after breakfast is done, we open presents.
